Independent game studio, Novi Sad
SMENA makes small psychological horror games where the fear comes from looking closely. Our first game, Loop 9, is out now on Steam.

The second floor of a government office loops. Spot what changed, choose the right elevator, and decide how much you trust the tired voice on the phone. Dragojlo listens, remembers how you treat him, and quietly steers you toward one of six endings.

SMENA is a one-person studio founded in 2026 by Andrija Stanišić in Novi Sad, Serbia. "Smena" means a work shift; the games are about the shift that will not let you go home.
Short, replayable horror built on close observation and on characters you actually talk to. Loop 9 pairs a time-loop "spot the difference" floor with an AI coworker who answers in your own words and in your own language.
The game decides what is true; the character only decides how to say it. Gameplay stays deterministic, the conversation stays alive. That split is the whole design.
